I want v line and nose job, would you recommend I do them both in one surgery? Some clinics have said I can do this but idk, I would rather do a facial bone surgery in one go lah ^^

A lot of people don't recommend doing rhino and facial contouring at the same time because it'll be hard to breathe. After rhino, you'll have to breathe through your mouth a lot and if you do v-line, your throat will be sore from the intubation used during GA so it'll be hard to breathe from your mouth also.
So I guess depends how much you can handle post-op and if you can find a clinic specialize in both fc and nose.

Thank you, I have decided not to as the clinic I want to do my facial contouring (Regen) does not have so good nose jobs from the pictures

I am going to Seoul month from now for Rhinoplasty(first time) and maybe Power V Lifting or AccuSculpt/Acculift. Is there anyone who had these lifting surgery?(without cutting bone) Did your cheeks or jowls sag? Or started sagging? I just wanna reduce some of these fat under my chin and around my lower cheeks. But also I don't wanna touch my face too much, since i am not 20 😀. Is there bad side effect of sagging skin after Power V lifting/Acculift? Because fats removed and room from fat still stays right? I am in late 30ies, and my skin isn't elastic tight as it used to be. Is v line surgery is different than power v lifting? Please give an answer if you had the surgery? Thanks in advance! 😃

I did a minor revision for V-line at JK Clinic. Am really relieved and grateful that Dr Kim did the revision for free. It's so so impt to choose an ethical dr, because complications or problems do occur, and it's horrible if u have to pay another 5 mil + KRW for revision, on top of your accommodation, airfare, taking 2 weeks leave and so on...

Hope that this revision will fix the small assymetry. But when I looked at my B&A pics from the first surgery, I had to admit I still looked better after, despite the not-perfect result. Previously my face shape was a bit like a man! I look more feminine and gentle now.

For those ladies concerned about sagging, I do think I experienced some sagging, the jaw area felt a bit softer. But I do some laser treatments when I can and that has kept the skin in good condition. I still get compliments about my skin.

Would really recommend JK to people considering surgery in Korea. They are reputable and I think that's why they hardly advertise (u don't see their ads in the airport or subway).

P.S. Wouldn't recommend zygoma reduction unless u have huge cheeks. I think that surgery is overdone in Korea.

By the way, personally my recovery time from V-line was quite short. After less than 2 weeks I looked normal. Maybe the anti-swelling supplements like bromelain helped

Omg I'm so scared of V-line. A lot of ppl end up with a double chin and/or asymmetrical face... Also the pain must be really bad after the surgery.

Hey guys, I'd really like to make my face less wide and get some kind of facial contouring. However, all these mentions of premature sagging aren't so enticing. I'm confused however, is the sagging permanent? Or is it just sagging that can be removed with some kind of fat removal like lipo og laser? Thank you
