Also, being the businessman that he is, I am 100% sure they are not all medical stays, just plain lodging and you paid for it. I know 1 other person who used an agent and she even got her lodging all included. Just contact the clinics yourself and when you get down to appointment time , they will ask for pertinent info and you can mention no agent is representing you.
