Oh that is a shame. I am on Instagram but I don't use it as much these days. I follow a fair bit of plastic surgeons and clinics as well as beauty trend accounts. If you look for Korean beauty trend accounts, you can probably find some that include plastic surgery pics of before and afters.1 point

Some do, sure. I think running a smaller clinic is just more cost effective and some doctors just like working on their own and running their own space. We have a lot of local doctors like that where I live. Both in and out of the plastic surgery sector.1 point
