In my experience 3 is acceptable with no perks or frills. Both 1 and 2 are very budget forward so you really do get the bare minimum with those.1 point

3 is comfort, budget, and reliability. 4 star is a blend of 3 and 5 with some more luxury features. 5 is luxury. Most people do not need to stay at anything beyond a 3 star hotel, especially when traveling for surgery.1 point

Wow, talk about a culture shock. Where I am everyone is so body positive. I would argue they are too body positive (ignoring health issues) but fat shaming is a bit much!1 point

This is something I don't see mentioned enough. A friend of mine has one of these cards and you are able to use it for anything medical related. She actually uses it for her dog since he has special medical needs. So you could absolutely use it for overseas plastic surgery expenses!1 point
