I would start with what work you want done. Figure that out and then find a clinic. If you are no sure, schedule something locally to get an idea of what you want. You don't need to book a surgery after a consultation.1 point

I view clinics like this to be half and half. Like @LupinBB81 mentioned, they do corrective surgery so it isn't just about atheistic.1 point
