Hey there A person on here posted their review of TL Plastic Surgery's Power V and acculift procedure and her results were quite dramatic. They did a fantastic job at getting rid of her double chin and her jawline is so noticeable now. I believe she also had buccal fat removal so now her face is slimmer and more V-line.
Hi everyone,
I was wondering whether or not a successful nose reoperation would last a lifetime, especially now that implants are safer and more durable.
What is the most common type of material used for the tip during a revision rhino? The surgeon used septal cartilage for my primary and didn't use any ear cartilage. My results are noticeable but natural but I'm considering an extension because I want my top lip area to be pulled outwards, like in this picture:
Does anyone have any revision stories to share?
On another note, will an operated nose be affected or swollen in any way during pregnancy?
Thank you!
May I ask what kind of alar reduction you did? The nostrils are definitely smaller but it seems like the alar wings (?) are thinner too! I really like that effect
Also, what material did you use for the tip? I'm seriously in love with your results. My results are quite natural and I like how it turned out, but yours is actually goals.
I'm amazed....Your nose looks beautiful! You kind of look like Blackpink's Jisoo! I love the nose tip, it's so cute! I really love how the tip projection also brought forward your philtrum. Thanks so much for sharing your experience
Hey there! I was actually looking at his clinic too before I went to korea. I was skeptical to go to the Phillipines too but I liked his dramatic results. I don't remember what clinic this YouTuber went to, but she also had wide nostrils and her results turned out pretty. I'll come back to link the video once I find it
VIP is also good with fixing width, in my opinion. The results aren't pinched which is always a good thing.
Have you tried looking around on babitalk? I know its geared mostly to locals, but if you find results that you like and then contact them on kakao, they ALWAYS try their best to communicate with you in English (at least in my experience) and when I actually consulted a clinic that I found on babitalk, I was surprised that the surgeon spoke perfect english! So yeah, I suggest looking at B+A pics on babitalk as well. You never know You could save tons of money on costs too.
To each their own, I guess Not everyone will like a high bridge. I personally like it because the tip isn't too pointy but drastic enough from her previously really flat tip.
I'll be flying to Seoul in exactly one week. I have consulted with only local clinics over Kakao in Korean. However, my speaking skills are not as great as I'd like it to be. Is there anyone living in Seoul who wouldn't mind accompanying me to my consults, or do you know of any affordable translation services? ><
Thanks!
Hi all,
I'm headed to Korea in about 2 weeks. I figured that recovering in the cold would be better for me. For now, I'm thinking of face/jowl lipo and thigh lipo.
For thighs, I've been looking through promos on Babitalk and their pictures are so dramatic (which is the change that I'm going for) but are results typically that drastic?
Has anyone had any experience with thigh lipo? If so, do you mind sharing your recovery?
Hi everyone!
I'm considering doing parallel creasing for my eyes this summer. I haven't done too much research on it since my nose was my primary concern. I already have double eyelids but they are tapered but I really love the look of parallel creases.
I only recently started to consider eyelid surgery not just for aesthetics, but for functionality because my right eye has been bothering me for the past 3 years. I have ptosis in my right eye which I didn't mind too much, but it was, and still is, excessively tearing up every morning. I've been to the eye doctors and they all said that it is either dry eyes or allergies/environmental triggers but the drops have not helped at all. I'm starting to suspect that I have a lacrimal gland obstruction because my tears don't drain properly! When I lay down on my right side, tears actually roll down my cheek. Even then, the doctors here haven't done anything about it...
Is there a clinic that also focuses on functionality of the eyes? T_T
Hey! I know someone who went to Evita for stomach liposuction. She said the doctor was very attentive and caring and also spoke English! Her rating of the aftercare was really good
No, they said if I was unhappy I should contact the clinic again. By "another doctor" I meant the other surgeon who works at the same clinic.
Yeah, I'm just researching now. I think my tip is still a bit round but it's nothing that keeps me up at night haha.
Hi! I went with MVP because I wanted to err on the natural side and the doctor seemed to be attentive to what I had to say. I didn't have any problems with the consultant either. I visited a few other clinics before I decided on MVP.
What clinics would you recommend? Nothing is set yet and I don't completely hate my nose. I'm just keeping options open
I'm not entirely unhappy about my nose. I actually think it looks pretty cute in general, but it may have been too much on the conservative side. I had fillers before and the bridge augmentation brought about the same height change as it did when I had fillers. The nose length and alar have improved by a lot but the tip is a bit rounder than I would have liked.
In pictures when I lightly contour, I think it looks very cute haha. But without makeup on, the tip doesn't really look that different from before the surgery. Obviously it's a bit slimmer than before but not by a whole lot.
I really like Chae Soo Bin's nose because it's so cute. My previous rhinoplasty included alar reduction and a 5mm silicone implant since I had almost no bridge to begin with, and septal cartilage to lengthen my nose. When I consulted theLine, they mentioned using donor rib cartilage for my bridge but that thought was pretty intimidating. What kind of material or procedure do you think would be needed to achieve Soo Bin's look?
Does anyone know of a very good clinic that does great revisions for a fair price? Should I go back to my original clinic and request another doctor to do it?
I'm about 3 months post-op and although my job is far from botched, I feel like my tip is still a bit bulbous and length isn't as long as I would have liked. The surgeon who performed on me is a great doctor from a reputable clinic and he errs on the natural side (which was what I wanted, but he didn't address the bulbous issue. I asked him about it but he said I didn't have a bulbous tip? He said I only needed lengthening and tip projection) but the other surgeon does more dramatic noses.
I have personally consulted with Dr. Cho Yonghyun from the Line, but for rhinoplasty and he speaks fluent English. He gives off a very professional impression. He lists all of the choices for you and then lets you choose which one you prefer, then he lists the pros and cons of your choice and makes his own decision as well. I haven't consulted about FC so I don't know much about the technicalities. He is in charge of breast and facial surgery at The Line but I found it was pretty easy to speak to him once you get over his stone-faced (?) impression haha.
Has anybody tried Pitangui?
