It might be because it is swollen? How long has it been since he took it out? Also, there can be scar tissue in there and maybe that is causing it to be uneven. I think u should consult with your doctor and ask him why it is so crooked. He might have also taken out more cartilage from one side than the other? it could be a number of things so talking to ur doc is probably a good idea.

 

hey i got my implant removed cause it was extruding. I left my septal cartilage in the tip though. So you only let your nose heal for two weeks before removing everything? Did you get everything removed or just the implant? My nose was swollen for a couple of days but it looks fine now. It is not crooked or anything.

 

nope, nothing happened to my laptop. I'm sure alot of people bring their laptops overseas and I have never heard of the machine doing any damage to the laptops.

 

haha. U just have to take off your shoes and laptop and put it in the plastic bin when you go through the security check. it's a hassle. Then they scan it through the machine.

 

vanny, did u gett alar? cuz when i got my nose done, my nostrils were a little uneven, its not THAT noticeable but pre-op it was pretty even. I guess when he cut the sides he did not sew it up evenly?

 

you should not usr straight up peroxide to clean the inside of your nose. You should buy this saline water solution from CVS to clean it with. That's what i used

 

Hey guys, i just read that someone on here wanted to get eyelash implants but i dont think you should do it. Speaking from personal experinece, i got it done with Dr.Jong of Taiwan last December and I dont like it at all! I mean, it's not like he did anything wrong but it's just that i was expecting it to be more curly looking and thicker but instead it is very straight, just like your regular hair and also it is kind of thin. You have to trim it once or maybe even twice a week. When you dont wear mascara, it looks funy because it is just pointing down and doesnt curl up. I admit, with mascara and heated eyelash curlers, it can look okay but if i had to do it all over again, i wouldnt have wasted money on eyelash implants. If you have questions, let me know!

Hey guys, i had silicon I implant and septal cartilage for tip from Dr Chuang of wishclinic in december of last year. My nose looks OK. It does not look fake or anything but for some reason i feel like it could look better. The side profile is too curvy because before i had a saddle nose and i guess even after he put the implant in, i still have that curve but its too much of a curve. So im planning to go to Dr.Kao for a revision this December and im going to get rib cartilage. I was really afraid of getting cartilage from ribs because it is a more complicated procedure then just regular nose surgery. After doing research, i am convinced to do it because the results look very natural even if the bridge is high and theres no way you can achieve that with silicon. Gortex will make your nose natural but wide. I'm still in the process of saving money since its aorund 4000 plus plane ticket and accomodations.

I sent Dr. Kao my picture and pictures of the nose that i like and he said that silicon and gortex cannot achieve those results only rib harvesting will be able to achieve it but look natural at the same time.

 

hey guys looks like ill probably be going to dr kao for a revision using rib cartilage in december. Ouch!

 

Hey want2change, did you go to dr chuang of wishclinic to get your surgery? how long has it been now?

 

Does anyone know what is the difference between the mini incision method and suture method? I know suture method will fall out eventually and dr chuang suggest the 3 point mini incison method for me(korean method) but i dont know if that crease will fall out eventually or not.

Hey mina, what clinic in korea did you get your nose done at? i gone mine done in taiwan but now i want to go back in dec and maybe remove some fat from my eyelids and to raise the height a little bit more. I got alar done and it made a big difference!

 

Are you sure its a good idea to do those at different times? you should just wait until u get ur bridge to do your alar...cuz i know when u do open rhino, you get a scar in the columella, and the doc might have to cut through the base of ur nose again...so its better to just wait n do everything at once.

 

Hey houstong! Good luck with your healing! its okay to have a runny nose, i had it too, but try not to sneeze so much (i know u cant help it though) because that will put pressure on your nose and makes it swollenlonger.

KIttykiwi-im thinking of going again this winter, lol, i might want to make my bridge slightly higher but im not sure yet oh and it all depends on if i have enuff money saved up or not...

 

azngrl...at two weeks, there is still some minimal yellow bruising around eyes and the two sides of nose. The nose will be slightly swollen but people cant tell. You might look a bit fake because u cant smile all the way and your face will look very stiff, but with makeup you can cover up everything, just dont smile too much, it might hurt a little...who are u going to and what r u getting done?

Yea, post pics!! yea when i first got back alot of people said i look different too, but usually they say you look different instead of prettier because it sounds kind of mean if they say you look prettier, ya know because that would mean that you didn't look that good before, so that's why people dont usually say that. Did you tell any close friends that you got it done? They can probably give you an honest opinion.

 

i mean i really like dr. T's work too but i think his nose COMPETELY changes the way a patient looks and it makes them lose the asian look...I wouldnt want to lose my asianess and have people think im half white because i love being Asian.

houstong...i know that dr.jung is one of the best for revision. I heard personally that dr.tseng only does one style of nose and unless you like that style, dont go to him..but i must say that the person i believe with most experience in revision is dr.jung. I dont think you should go to ANY doctors in Vietnam because for some reason alot of vietnamese doctors do a bad job, so even though she might have trained under Jung like she said doesnt mean she has the skills like him to do a good job. Since this is your secondary nosejob, i think you should definitely go with someone with experience in revisions and you know will produce a good nose...just because the one in Vietnam will be cheap doesnt meant it will be good. You dont want to have to do a third one.

 

Dr. Chuang charges around 60,000 NT which is $1854 (depending on current exchange rate) for silicon implant with any tip refinement, alarplasty, etc. He charges 70,000NT for gortex with tip refinement, alarplasty, etc. Are you just getting your nose done or anything else?

Do your boobs look obvious fake? lol..I was thinking bout getting a C but people are telling me to get a B cup to look more natural since im really petite. I dont know which one i should go with because i dont want to regret not getting it bigger but then i dont want people to assume im a "slut" or whatever just because i have big fake boobs. How did everyone react to it after you got it done?

 

Hey lady1import! I was reading up on different types of placements for breasts and i think you said you got sub pectoral? Did you do partial or completely under the muscle? Also i read that only saline can be used on the primary surgery and silicone can be used in the second time around. Do you know why that is.Do you mind telling me how many cc's did you use?
