  1. I have never even seen this approach before. For brow lift the brow should not be incised. It should be done endoscopically or with a forehead lift. (forehead lifts can leave scars along the hairline, however.

This approach is not standard procedure. I don't know if you could go to the Korean medical board to file a complaint but this method should not have even been suggested to you.

  2. Oh he's here in the stated today? How did you know that? Wonder if I can have him come by and do my nose lol

  3. Definitely ask to be the first case.

  4. I am going to do my best to avoid the two jaw surgery! My orthodontist feels likes he can correct my teeth with braces with the x-ray, but I know I need the CT. I know I would probably benefit from having the crossbite and midline fixed, but will these risks outweigh the benefits? I'm thinking for me, no, though I could do the DJ if I really wanted.
Ms Orange I am glad to hear that you had a similar experience and it turned out good for you. That makes me feel more secure about avoiding the jaw surgery. These diagrams are exactly what I was looking for, thank you very much!

  5. Hey hun

I do know a bit about ethic patient scar healing, since I worked with tummy tuck patient daily and most were African Americans. This looks like what a typical scar might look like on ethnic skin in one year, and they should have know this/lnformed you about it. In the US I know that some surgeons like to do a hair graft to hide the scar, this should have been recommended as well.

The other thing I notice about the scar is that the incision line was sutured more poorly than I would expect from a plastic surgeon. I don't see a thickened keloid which would be darker, or a stretch of the sutures, but the line itself seems to off the pattern of the hairline in the middle. They may be some options as Miss orange suggested as well and they help some, but I don't think they will benefit you as much as you would need. I would definitely contact the clinic and not let them bully you into saying their work is fine. Yes you could get the scar covered with a tattoo probably but you shouldn't have to pay extra for that when their work was not done as expected. You might try to find out if a ghost doctor closed the incision as well. Please let us know how things turn out and thank you for sharing this

  6. I don't want to accuse you of lying, this post is just confusing to me and I don't see many before and after pics at opera. But I did see people with faces from the blog post reviews here so please understand my skepticism.

And if you are a spokesperson for opera or spokesperson is reading this, I would to recommend that you not market this way. Even if you do have the best surgeons there, that kind of marketing is counterintuitive. As I've said a million times on this forum already, I worked at a plastic surgery clinic and spokespersons did no good even when they did reviews on our site. Patients mainly wanted to see before and after photos. Honest ones, and actually if less than absolute perfection is there it is better, that establishes trust. I know however patient privacy is difficult to work with. Word of mouth from friends and relatives, and not strangers, is probably the best way to advertise, if you have people willing to speak on your behalf to personal family and friends that will exponentially increase your buisness.

  7. Thank you for sharing its good to know opera can do white girl eyes. These are the only white girl eye pics I have seen anywhere from Korea. But I am getting my upper lid done too so nervous about looking like a bug eyed catlady

That being said I have seen your face on the opera blog. Sorry :/ I don't mean to be rude.

  8. I definitely want to go and I am white. Plastic surgeons in Korea definitely get a lot of training on all races however, do they do a lot every every day? No, so less experience and less practice mean more risky.

  9. We did jaw and chin lipo at the lipo clinic I worked at, pretty good results too. Definitely doable with the right person. Doc did not do buccal fat, nor did he recommend it but maybe there is someone who can do it well. You'd have to look hard and careful

  10. I've looked into it in the US in the past, the doc said it would start at 20k to do! And don't think insurance will cover it. However if I got it done in Korea it'd be cheaper but I'd be worried that I am not close enough to the doctor in case of emergency. I would have to come back for rhino too. Ugh I wish I could just get the bone scan and then have some sort of Skype conversation instead of going there blind.

Maybe I can just get nose eyes and the fat graft when I go. Then consult about the jaw / chin too and come back if I need do DJ, like next year. That way I will heal and I can see my look maybe I will be happy enough and not do the jaw. Also could get a revision and the second fat graft at the same time if I needed it.

  11. Thank you  I shared my teeth pic too. Damn I might just have to do double jaw  These opinions are helping because it's been a tough choice. No matter what I am going to be a complicated case lol

  12. Thanks dear

Well I'm gonna post up my pics here anyway lol I blotted out the eye this time cause I'm more shy today idk lol

I know I definitely do not want the kpop baby face! And some places said let's do jaw and ckeek shaving and I'm wtf are u fot real did u even look at the pics? Maybe the jaw is big though idk I just don't want a hard long face

  13. My smile is slightly gummy, but not enough that I mind. I do have maxillary hypoplasia (the forehead and chin are more prominent) and I had a Oro-max surgeon suggested double jaw whe I was a kid but my parents decided braces only. It went okay teeth have move back on the bottom since the jaw is narrow and now I have to have braces again . Gonna try invisalign and teeth shaving though... I don't want to deal with more metal in my mouth
