I don’t have any personal experience as I already like my eyes. The only thing I have ever seen about this kind of procedure is a Brazilian guy who got some sort of procedure to make his eyes look more Asian.
Also I know of where two male influencers/models had their surgeries. The one in white went to Naturalism for his nose and the one in the yellow went to DA for his nose and eyes.
I would reccomend contacting via Kakao or WhatsApp as they will probably reply much faster.
Also if you have typical western eyes (deep set with a protruding brow bone and little fat/excess skin) you might also need to consider a male brow bone reduction and filler or fat grafting. These are somewhat complicated and less common so I would reccomend doing extra research on these if they are needed in your case.
Yes it’s kind of hard as obviously they have produced some good results but you can also see a lot of people who were unsatisfied and they always charge a huge amount.
I also went to Dr Choi for my primary. At the time I didn’t think it was that bad but now that I’ve had a revision and love my new nose I can see how bad it was. My nasal tip was deviated and my nose was super long and sharp like a Manga character or something.
I just checked their website and saw that too. That’s very strange as I only had my surgery like 3 months ago. Maybe he moved but you might want to message them to check.
Well both of those before and afters are from cinderella so obviously you should try contacting them but I would also recommend Hyundai aesthetics as they do that kind of "dramatic but natural" in my experience (but im caucasian so I would assume that there could be some difference)
I have no personal experience for eyes but for that kind of "sharp but not fake looking" nose I would recommend you look at Dr Lee Seong Pyo from hyundai asthetics as he did my nose and it is also that kind of look (but obviously a more feminine look because im not a guy lol).
I went to Hyundai and I'm super happy with the results (I have stopped checking this forum not because I am totally satisfied with my appearance now). They quote reasonable prices but clearly aren't a "cheap clinic" as more than half of the people in the lobby had designer bags. I love my rhinoplasty results and will go back for some fat grafting in my nasolabial folds if I can find the time.
I also went to hyundai a couple months ago and am really happy with my results. When it comes to the implant types can I ask why you chose to go for sebbin over motiva?
I went to Hyundai aesthetics the doctor did amazing work on the tip of my nose (for me he was reducing the length as my nose was very long and correcting deviation). As I didn't personally have a bulbous nose before surgery I can't comment on that but from what I've seen from people who have had surgery at Hyundai the doctor seems to be able to do very dramatic "barbie line" noses and also more natural adjustments (I would say that mine is somewhere in the middle).
I also had fat grafting in my under eyes and happy with the results of that but from your photos, I can't really tell if you need that or not.
I had fat grafting around 2 months ago in my under eyes. It has definitely made my face look brighter and more awake. I would say around %75 of the fat has survived so far so I will probably get a popup at the end of the year.
I think often Korean lip doctors will to a vermillion lift on the outer parts of the upper lip and then a bullhorn lift to lift the center at the same time to achieve the heart shape that is desired in the west. Maybe this is why dr Choi thinks that vermillion lifts are suitable even though they usually don't end up giving a very good result.
Banobagi seems to not be a bad choice for a dramatic v line if you go with their head doctor but if you also want to do your nose or eyes then I think there are other clinics that are better at nose and eyes while also being good at v line and also charge fair prices. Personally, if I needed to v line with dramatic results and nothing else I would go to EU Dental as I think their before and afters are far more impressive, they don't have any bad reviews from what I've seen and they won't charge you an extremely high price like banobagi does.
At Hyundai aesthetics which is where I went for something else (I'm assuming it is a higher-end clinic judging by the number of people carrying Hermes bags in the waiting area, The general design and the quality of the doctors) quoted the person I was with around 7 million won for a lower face life (meaning like below the eyes but I can't remember if it was including the neck).
Anyone who charges 30,000 for a facelift really needs to get their ego in check.
I think people tend to open their eyes more in photos as it makes their eyes look bigger. Obviously, nobody just takes a selfie of their resting expression. There is another photo of that guy on their home page if people want to judge a different photo.
I went to Hyundai and I'm pretty sure they only have one doctor per area (which is one of the reasons I chose them). Dr Lee Sung Pyo does noses and I think Dr. Hong does eyes.
I think you would want to have at least an hour and a half per consultation set aside as often you will have to wait and you will also have to travel between clinics. If your first consultation is at 10 then that should be possible as most clinics stop doing them at around 5-6pm. I also highly recommend not doing them on the day that you arrive as you will probably be very rushed when coming from the airport and quite uncomfortable during the consultations which will make it harder to focus and get your point across. Also, try and book your favorite clinic first as if you decide on going with them you won't have to waste time with other clinics.
I think 8-13 thousand dollars for a mid-facelift would only be charged by clinics who are known for exorbitant pricing (like JK or VIP). I agree with everything else you said though. It's probably a good idea for people to take a photo or get a copy of their consent form.
I have been doing some research in Korean about lip lifts and I found that 첫번째성형외과 or something like First Plastic Surgery seems to be pretty popular at least with Korean YouTubers. the only problem is that they don't seem to market to foreigners at all and don't have a translator.
