I have never been to MVP but from what I've read on here it seems that MVP tends to give somewhat lackluster results when it comes to eyes. I think there are other doctors who are much more well known for eyes.
Their before and afters don't really look photoshopped. Just like good results. I've never seen one of their patients aside from on their website but if I was considering facial bone surgery id definitely consult with them.
I recently heard that some clinics in Korea offer botox for the trapezius muscle to give the apperance of slimmer shoulders. Has anyone tried this out?
I think its probably a good idea to consult with clinics that have a good record for facial bone procedures like The Face Dental and EverM before locking in ID.
I can't give you any recommendations as I didn't have this done but when I was at my clinic (Hyundai Aesthetics) I saw a few advertisements for what I assume was fat transfers to the butt/hip area so I would assume that it is gaining popularity in Korea.
I think you would look passable after a couple of days but it usually takes 1-4 months for the fat to fully soften so the entire recovery is like 4 months but after 1-2 weeks I doubt anyone would notice that you had anything done.
I feel like for those procedures there are much better clinics (especially for rhino). The clinic I went to is in the same building at Pitangui and I had really good results for rhino so even if you really like Pitangui I think you should still at least consult with some other clinics as it won't take much time.
I went to Hyundai aesthetics with dr Jeong (I'm pretty sure Hyundai only has one breast doctor). He used to be a doctor a banobagi but moved to Hyundai.
I had my nose revision done at Hyundai Aesthetics and he completely corrected my deviated septum. I can't comment on bulbous tip reduction as I didn't have a bulbous tip.
I didnt go to banobagi but my doctor told me that I should be wearing my surgical bra all the time (aside from showering or if I really need to wear something that I can't wear the bra with) for the first month and then as much as is convenient until three months. Because if this it would be kind of impossible to wear a bikini within the first month after surgery.
By "Hide the whites under my eyes" do you mean the white part that shows beneath the iris on some peoples eyes? I think that most people would use circle lenses to fix this problem as it depends on the size iris and obviously it is impossible to change the size of your iris.
You are entitled to your opinion and if you want to talk badly about Korean doctors then that's your prerogative. You cross the line when you insist that anybody who thinks they look better after having surgery in Korea is an idiot. Have you ever seen the show botched? There are literally five seasons including hundreds of patients who have been damaged almost beyond repair by mainly US surgeons. You say that Korean clinics want your money but last time I checked it was the US surgeons charging usually 3x the price for usually less aesthetically pleasing results. At the end of the day, everybody is going to have a difference in opinion but I think you should keep your aggression to yourself.
I went to Hyundai aesthetics for my revision rhino and really like my results. I didn't have a bulbous nose before so I can't comment on that but I did see quite a few patients from southeast Asian countries at the clinic so I'm guessing they must be quite popular there.
Are you seriously telling me that I am too stupid to know how my face looks just because I don't agree with your racism? You are crazy and need to see a psychiatrist, not a plastic surgeon.
You have literally provided nothing to back up your claim that Korean surgeons have worse training that US surgeons. Obviously, every single doctor will have a different level of training depending on the school they studied at and the amount of experience and skill they have but that has nothing to do with nationality. You are not telling "the truth" you are spreading hate about a huge group of people. If Korean doctors are so poorly trained how did so many people (including myself) end up with amazing results? Like you said, You have been obsessing over this for years. Why don't you just get on with your life instead of continuing to waste your time trying to denounce so many peoples hard work based on a small percentage (smaller than western surgeons) of undesirable outcomes?
I'm pretty sure Hyundai only has one doctor per area (like one for nose, one for eyes etc) so my doctor was dr lee seong pyo who does all of the noses. The things I corrected were that my nose was too long and straight, my nose was deviated and the surface of my nose bridge was slight bumpy apparently. All of those things were corrected.
