I work in the medical field and from personal experience i'd be very hesitant to get plastic surgery done in my home country (in SEA). The laws aren't that strict and most of the doctors performing cosmetic procedures here are not even certified plastic surgeons, so i'd rather take my chances in korea. Plus everyone gets plastic surgery in korea so the volume of cases are likely higher, which means the doctor would have more experience. I'm not saying that korea is definitely better, but at least i can spot a dodgy clinic when i see one.

No worries, DES is double eyelid surgery. We've all had to start somehere I'm also planning to go to korea sometime between feb-may 2020

Hi guys! I've been lurking around ps forums for a few years before finally deciding it was time to go to korea and getting those face to face consultations. Planning to get primary des + ptosis correction + undereye fat repositioning + eyelid fat injection sometime around early to mid 2020 (Feb-May). Still undecided as to which clinics I should go with.
