Hi thanks for reading my story and your support. I don’t think his license is revoked I think he is still operating on innocent men and women daily. The website says suspension of qualification but I’m not sure that means they aren’t allowing him to practice. I wish he got suspended for real. I tried to write an email to k medi the medical board but didn’t hear back yet I will have to follow up.
yes I badly need my refund because medical insurance is not going to cover all of my surgeries I will need.
I blame myself daily for letting dr oh make me feel my mouth was so protruded that I needed two jaw surgery when I had no functional problems and now I choke on food cosntantly, have abnormally narrow airway (seen on ct scan) , have likely obstructive sleep apnea, get food stick in my mouth when eating and have to scoop it out with my fingers, numbness and tightness in my chin and jaw, neck swelling , had to replace my veneers , limited jaw opening, gum recession, depression anxiety suicidal thoughts , the list goes on
I will need two surgeries
1st to remove my wisdom teeth and two bottom teeth and possibly surgery on an area to allow more opening of my jaw that dr oh make small
Then braces for one year to create space in my bottom teeth to move forward
2nd two jaw surgery to move my jaws forward counterclockwise however if the areas where they are cutting are close to dr oh cuts and it’s too dangerous they have to stop the surgery and then talk about getting metal jaw prosthetics made because they can use my jaw bone because it’s too damaged and fragile!
all of this will take 2 plus years
Not to mention two jaw surgery recovery which is brutal
I went down to 91 lbs and am currently 96 lbs and my normal is 108 lbs
I have a few therapists and am getting a psychiatrist too
I am scheduling a sleep study

Suyen and dr oh office have ignored me and won’t provide my operative reports or consent forms and I’ve heard they can modify them Anywya which is probably why they are stalling , I don’t believe them about someone not working at this time who does the reports
They are big liars

I hope he gets his hospital shut down

I badly need my refund too , especially this is costing more in damages to my physical and mental health
I want to go on with my life but I can’t because my medical health is affected and I don’t feel myself on the outside
I hope everyone will stay away from Regen

 

Yes he is very unforgiveable and his office has been ignoring me for the past week and won't send my operative or consent forms.

The revision surgery is very complicated since Dr. Oh messed up my whole jaw.

I will need braces for 1 year, wisdom teeth extraction, tooth extraction, and then after that jaw surgery but if the areas are too close to where dr oh cut me up then I need prosthetic jaw joints which are 30,000 dollars that is not including the orthodontics and jaw surgery

He has ruined my life, this will take 2 years to recover.

I had a consultation today with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who showed me the cuts Dr. Oh made and he moved my jaw way too back (clockwise) and the cuts he made make it very difficult for a revision surgery.
He showed me my airway which is very abnormally narrow now which explains why I choke a lot when I am eating food, and since the surgery have been snoring very loudly ( I never snored before) and my partner witnesses me not breathing for 30 seconds multiple times a night. Which is concerning for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I have an appointment with a Pulmonologist and will have to get a sleep study.
My new surgeon confirmed that this a medically necessary revision surgery due to my very narrow airway and likely OSA , and choking episodes. So Dr. Oh did not just ruin me from the outside but from the inside too.
I also likely need my bottom teeth removed and orthodontics to prep.
However due to the cuts and difficulty he showed me prosthetic jaws that might need to be used which are very very expensive to custom make.
Dr. Oh has ruined my life and needs to refund me

I choke now, I snore, I gasp for air at night and am physically deformed.
ALso my lower lip is very dry and peeling all the time now.
He also noted Dr. Oh likely did not give me the correct measurment about moving my jaw back 6.5 mm he said its much more.
I NEED THE OPERATIVE and CONSENT forms which Suyen still has withheld from me.
It may take a whole year to plan this surgery.

 

SUYEN will pretend to be nice to you just to get money.
Dr. Oh is not taking responsibility.
Also I said I never needed jaw surgery and you sawed off my jaw without my consent. I got so many consultations and they all said Dr. Oh botched me.
She replied "I don't want to hear you say same thing over and over again which we already explained."
What about her saying you will be ok, you are swollen. over and over again.
I'm allowed to say my face is messed up because it is and they need to recognize it and take responsibility!

 

After a week of ignoring me Suyen finally replied, she said the person in charge is not working now so it is not available now . I said why can't you access it, she said she cannot. She said this is not an emergency. Then she said now let me ask you a question, do you think normal people call and text daily , I said yes when they are being ignored and need imperative forms that my new surgeon needs to review for my surgery yes and I said you ruined my face I can contact you as much as I want to, I said you ignored me for a week.
She said you cant get a revision until 6 months later, so it's not an emergency.
I said yes but unlike korea who takes 1 week to plan a double jaw surgery, in AMERICA it takes months and virtual planning, not with pencil, paper and metal device. My surgeon wants the reports now. and it is my right to have them. I said when is it avaialble. She said I don't know I will let you know when it's available.
WTF AVOID REGEN !!!

I did a virtual visit so far because of covid and it is a consultation I’m really making sure I pick the best surgeon to help me this time. I am going to make sure to get the letter and I have other consultations coming up in June

Does that mean the lawyer is working for free? It is different than medical malpractice lawsuit? Is it just the lawyer helping you file a complaint ?

 

Also it shows Suyen read all the texts and ignored me , she is so rude

Yes I told them that and I tried to contact them on all those apps and email and Suyen won’t reply to me. It is my right to have them I already accepted that they botched me and I have to pay for another surgery just to look normal and they won’t even provide me necessary documents for my new surgeon to have.
I’ll try again but she ignores me on the weekend and yeah her response was awful she couldn’t even give me a date when she can send me them . Weird though because when I needed the metal wires for my teeth I said I would write a review on real self if she didn’t send them to me and then she got scared and sent it to me right away. Now that my review is posted I can’t say anything to her to make her send me the papers

 

Hi even when they are closed she answers her phone and it said online and last seen at .. so she has been ignoring me
For instance it said last seen at 3:20 am for her personal one and for the Regen one it showed it was online last night as I was texting and they didn’t want to read the messages
Can someone pretend to be a patient and ask them about quotes and see if they answer

yes I'd like to feel great again and have my old smile back, my lower face is so small and nose so wide now when i smile its not even me. Dr. Oh said right before the surgery I designed your surgery and put extra effort because you're going to give before and after photos and you're going to be so pretty! and i designed your smile so nice. WTF?!!
I honestly still wonder was it a ghost doctor. Is he delusional.
I want him to say sorry to me.
it's been rather isolating during cornavirus. for the past month my doctors werent seeing patients and I can't get consultations until late may.
I'm practicing my jaw exercises and have to hold a cork in my mouth and it hurts a lot.
I have a long road ahead , my face was severely swollen after surgery for 3.5 months, I think my cheeks are still a little swollen.
I was suffocating after surgery because its so hard to breathe with your jaw wired shut and blood in your nose and mouth. I had panic attacks thinking I was going to die from suffocation. I remember asking the "nurses" for help and they said no.
I know I'll be in better hands in USA with caring doctors but still I have to find a really good one I can trust.

Dr. OH cannot be trusted.

 

please look at her real self, there are CT scans, you can see how much bone he sawed off her jawline and also the chin was projected and he cut it down flat which was against what she wanted, she said to not touch the chin and she liked it projected, he made his own choice when we are asleep and under anesthesia and he surprises you the next day when he shows you scans, just like he surprised me with a full v line when I only agreed to a mini v line.
We're both left with no facial structure, no chins, and pain and suffering. She couldn't go out for 2 years due to depression. now she finally spent thousnads of dollars to fix her face and I have to spend thousands tens or twenty or forty thousand. I need my life back and she just finally feels good.
please dont consider him. He's dangerous. Please please.

does anyone have a recommendation on how to get them to reply to me?
How can my new surgeon fully understand what happened without vital documents that I have a right to have.

They need to refund me as well.

I just want to look normal again, I hope I can be helped too. it will just cost money, time, pain, suffering.

I try to avoid the mirror now
Buying clothes or purses doesn't make me happy because I'm too ugly to go out and wear them.
I was working with my jaw therapist today who said im far behind normal jaw opening and I need to fix that before considering surgery again.This surgery is the worst ever and I will have to undergo it again.
Dr.Oh's office has ignored me for a few days and really won't send me my full operative report which I need for my surgeon consultations.

 

Yes yikes, we're both suffering so just everyone stay away from him.

I will never go to Korea for any procedures again
