  1. You should provide it for your own sake, even if they don't ask. They should ask though for basic health issues. Like what medications you are on or if you have heart or lung conditions.
  2. I don't know, I read the opposite. It seems like most people recommend being as close as possible because certain times of the day are so busy there a 3 min drive can take 10+ minutes.
  3. I don't know anyone personally who had a nose job but I have seen before and afters and watched some videos on YouTube where people had them done. It seems like most people have swelling and bruising but eye swelling doesn't happen for everyone but it can happen for some. That can be a bit of an issue!
  4. Wait, what is stem cell scalp treatment? I didn't know this was a thing. I have heard of doing blood plasma injections and botox but never stem cells. This sounds interesting and it might be worth my brother looking into.
  5. What do you do if you take a medication on the banned list and have to take the pills with you? I mean I would imagine if they approve you, you still are able to bring your own and don't have to get pills in Korea right?
  6. I figured this might be worth looking into while I am there. I have had issues with rosacea since my mid 30's. It is worse on one side vs the other but I have had a constant red flush for almost 5 years now. No matter what I have tried, nothing is working. I have tried just about every prescription pill and cream I could. I have heard of there being options with lasers or microneedling for it but I don't know if Korea offers these things for rosacea treatment. Anyone have any experience?
  7. I wanted to point something out that back lipo IS cheaper. I know this because of a friend who had a lot of it done. I am not sure why people think it is more. All your organs and stuff is in the front and there is way more loose skin to work with.
  8. I am glad you got to go through the process. I was a bit confused by it. One clinic had me waiting for nearly 45 minutes to do a zoom call with the doctor. He was done with his chat with me in like 5 minutes. It was so fast I felt a bit rushed and uneasy about. I am going to try a few other clinics. I don't want to feel like I am being pushed to the side especially when I am flying all the way out there for surgery of all things. Same experience for me
  9. You can get botox in Korea as low as $20 a session compared to what I have seen in the US - the cheapest being $250, that is a massive savings! I am only just looking into this but based on what I have read, it seems worth it for the cost alone. You have to consider the travel cost however so making it more of a vacation than just a trip for botox is probably more worth it.
  10. Someone else had mentioned botox to me so I am looking into this. I just have to see what this costs and how long it lasts. I know botox results can be mixed. Some lasting longer than others!
  11. I think it depends on which area you are staying in. Some of the things I was recommend are: visiting the Gyeongbokgung Palace going shopping on the Myeongdong Shopping Street walking around Insadong for culture, food, and shopping seeing the National Museum Of Korea (apparently it is very beautiful) and of course, visiting Everland You can just search the general location of where you will be to find stuff though very easily!
  12. I guess I did not look into this enough! I had no idea that this was not a permanent operation. I just assumed it would last for a long time until your skin ages out of it again. So like 20 years, not just 5! I will have to consider this and think a bit more on it. Thanks!
  13. I have a bit of drooping on my eyes as I have gotten older. One is worse than the other. I am trying to find a way to correct it that is as simple/easy as possible. Someone I spoke with mentioned getting a double eyelid non-incision surgery as it is said to be fast, easy, cheap, and the results are good. Are there any downsides?
