KiWiP Posted Tuesday at 01:18 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:18 PM So I got a face lift in December. I went to one the of the top rated clinics I found online in Korea. My doctor was fantastic and the clinic was impressive. I was told the swelling can last a number of weeks but it has been 2 months at this point and I still have swelling. Is this normal? I have contacted the doctor and just waiting for him to get back to me. Quote
beachybabe Posted Tuesday at 01:50 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:50 PM It is normal to have subtle puffiness for several months, especially in areas like the jawline, neck, or under the chin. You will almost have a feel and look of a pillowing like texture to the skin. You shouldn't have to worry about it and it will go down over time. Quote
mariemarie Posted Thursday at 01:01 PM Posted Thursday at 01:01 PM Yes, this is normal. I think you might feel a bit of relief if you look up progress pictures or find a progress video on YouTube. A lot of people share their experiences when it comes to surgeries and face lifts are extremely common. Quote
SpringBean Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I had swelling for nearly 7 months! Once it was all gone, I was so happy with my results. What clinic did you go to? I am curious if you went to the same one that I did. Quote
