Facial swelling after 2 months?

So I got a face lift in December. I went to one the of the top rated clinics I found online in Korea. My doctor was fantastic and the clinic was impressive. I was told the swelling can last a number of weeks but it has been 2 months at this point and I still have swelling. Is this normal? I have contacted the doctor and just waiting for him to get back to me.

It is normal to have subtle puffiness for several months, especially in areas like the jawline, neck, or under the chin. You will almost have a feel and look of a pillowing like texture to the skin. You shouldn't have to worry about it and it will go down over time.

Yes, this is normal. I think you might feel a bit of relief if you look up progress pictures or find a progress video on YouTube. A lot of people share their experiences when it comes to surgeries and face lifts are extremely common.

I had swelling for nearly 7 months! Once it was all gone, I was so happy with my results. What clinic did you go to? I am curious if you went to the same one that I did.

That and my doctor got back to me. I sent him pictures and he said I am healing just fine and there is no need to worry. He said it should be mostly gone in 6 to 8 weeks.
