What to do with downtime in Korea?

If you have gone to Korea for surgery, what have you done with your down time? What I mean is the time that you have while waiting around for surgery, in between consultations, or during your recovery. The last time I went I was honestly bored! I wasn't sure what to do so I mainly just stayed in my hotel. I was not sure where to go or anything. I guess I didn't plan ahead for this part of my trip. I will be going back in May again for another surgery so I want to be able to enjoy my trip a bit more!

This is a good question! 

When I was in Korea in 2024, I was overwhelmed. I didn't know what to do when I had nothing to do outside of my surgery plans. What I did was look at local spots. Food places, entertainment, shopping spots. Korea has soooo much to offer and is so fun when you enjoy the vacation.
