What are the differences between mid-size and "factory" size clinics?

I see a lot of people talk about this online but I want to get an idea of what the key differences are. Like for someone looking for a mid-sized clinic, I see a lot of mentions for NOTE Plastic but when it comes to larger clinics, often refereed to as factory size or just factory clinics, people mention AB Plastic or JK Plastic. Can someone explain what the differences are outside of the size? Are there any costs differences? Is one better than the other for foreigners?

Some differences you will notice is that factory clinics offer packages and have a much higher volume of patients. You can often feel rushed if you are not familiar with them. I have read stories of people having bad experiences with them because they had no idea they booked with this type of clinic.

Factory clinics see a TON of people every day. They are about budgeting, speed, and getting people to buy as much as possible.

Really, it depends on who you ask.

I have heard amazing things from so called "factory clinics" but also read horror stories. Same with mid-sized clinics. If you want a more personalized experience, I would for sure avoid factory clinics. I think most people with experience going there for work would tell you that!
