Hi Cheon,
Thank you for your reminder! I will do more research before I make a decision which clinic and doctor I chose. The JW seems OK for nose revision, and I think their price is lower than VIP

Hi, is any of you considering going to Japan for rhinoplasty at the end of this year around Christmas?

I've made inquiries to otsuka and plaza clinic and they said my rhinoplasty (tip definition and alar base reduction) could range from 300,000-500,000 JPY.

I'm considering Japan because in general they are more reputable in taking full responsibility and care for what they do. I do not want anybody to mess up my face. The price isn't so bad. They don't seem to have that habit of charging foreigners twice the price compared to locals like in Korea. I also like how they have the prices up on their web page, so it seems they're very upfront, not trying to be secretive about it.

Anybody here considering Japan too?

Does any of you know any good clinic in Japan with attractive prices?

Hello everyone, Like all of you I've been reviewig these forum and cozycot for a year, I'm interested in facial contouring but i don't have enough down time because i am an actress/t.v personality in Canada. So i've had 2 failed nose jobs, the first one done in the states and 2nd one done in canada. I really was sad about the end result, my nose was left skinny and un-natural looking, both times my nose was broken and narrowed. I could barley breath while exercising. I decided to start searching for nose doctor in Korea, now i'm booked for an upcoming t.v show ,so i really had no to make decision if i was gonna get revision rhinoplasty now or wait till i'm done shooting. My best friend was in korea because she just had surgery, so it was perfect timing. I went on a total of 3 consultations, Grand/Aone plastic surgery clinic/Shinmian Dr. Jung. I got 3 different opinions LOL, i didn't like what grand said, Aone is okay, it's not very know but alot of people get there nose done there. I chose Dr. Jung right away, i knew i wanted to go with because he was a specialist and this would be my 3rd nose job, so i was extremely nervous. He actually broke my nose to widen it, he used ear cartilage to build up my bridge and the tip of my nose, also he used some tissue i think it was artificial. It's the same tissue dentist use for dental implants i think, very safe in the body. The surgery went well, i didn't really bruise because i used seenicha and bromelain. I walked around everyday with my friend in korea, that really helped with swelling. When the cast came of my nose was deviated at the tip, to the right. They said that was normal and i have to massage and cast for 3 weeks, it almsot been a month and my nose is good, i'm so happy with it, i don't have an Mj nose anymore! I think my mother is happiest with it, she can't stop staring. For me it was crucial because i wasn't getting auditions for modelling because they said my nose was un-natural. I paid $5800.00.. also go on many consultations, and go with your gut. I did!! I'm trying to upload a before and after picture, i can't show my eyes because my agency would kill me lol Btw, i'm not asian, I'm Caucasian. On the left side you can see how narrow and unatural my nose looked, Dr.jung actually drew it out for me and said it looked like pencil with two holes haha, on the right you can see my new nose, I had the surgery on apr30, and it's may27th now, ohh forgot to mention i breath better now too! I also went on a few consultations for facial contouring, and decided to go with banobagi, hope this helped you guys[IMG]

Hi SCind

The email of Plaza Clinic is [email protected]

For Otsuka's Clinic, I go to Free Email Consultation at the top right corner of this page
http://www.otsuka-biyo.co.jp/en/index.html

Then I let google translate the page to English, sign up, fill out the forms and send. Some buttons can't be translated to English but it's all intuitive.

Both clinics respond to me within 24 hours.

Plaza Clinic will reply to you by email.

For Otsuka clinic, you will receive the first email in Japanese right after sending the consultation. It's just a confirmation email. Then within the next 24 hours, another email in Japanese will be sent to you, just click on link on this email, it will lead you to the page where you get the response  They have staff who know English and can reply to you in English
