It still feels surreal both that I was scammed and that I actually got my money back. The scam started on Twitter. I was contacted by someone claiming to be the manager of a well-known musician I’ve admired for years. The account looked completely authentic with a verified badge, thousands of followers and comments from supposed fans raving about exclusive events. They offered me a VIP meet and greet for £12500. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity so I paid in cryptocurrency. That’s when things took a turn.Suddenly there were extra fees, a £1500 charity donation, £3000 for security clearance and £5000 for a last minute flight change. Each time they reassured me that all payments would be refunded after the event. Their communication was professional and believable. I didn’t want to question it.But the day before the event the Twitter account vanished. No updates, no replies just gone. That’s when it hit me I’d been conned. I had sent nearly £22000.I felt sick, embarrassed and powerless. I honestly thought the money was gone forever. While researching crypto scams online I came across Salvage Asset Recovery. I was hesitant to reach out after everything. I wasn't sure I could trust anyone again. But their transparency stood out. They didn’t promise miracles. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions.I gave them all the information I had wallet addresses and transaction IDs screenshots. Their team began tracing the funds using advanced blockchain forensics. For weeks I heard regular updates but I tried not to get my hopes up.Then came the message they had successfully recovered £21500 and returned it to my crypto wallet.I couldn’t believe it. After all the stress, regret and the shame the money was back. Most people never recover anything in these situations. I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to Salvage Asset Recovery. They gave me more than just my money back, they gave me peace of mind and restored my trust. If you’ve been scammed don’t suffer in silence. Help is out there. It is a disconcerting realization to understand that a fleeting moment of inattention can lead to catastrophic consequences particularly in the volatile realm of cryptocurrency. I had always prided myself on being astute and cautious with my digital assets but one fateful day I became ensnared in a sophisticated scam. The ordeal began with a direct message on Telegram from an individual masquerading as Trust Wallet Support. The message warned me of an urgent security update and appeared remarkably authentic complete with the Trust Wallet logo. Trusting my instincts I clicked the link without a moment's hesitation.Upon accessing the site I was prompted to enter my recovery phrase to verify my identity. In a moment of panic and confusion I complied believing I was taking necessary precautions to protect my assets. To my utter dismay within minutes my entire Trust Wallet balance was obliterated. Over $18,000 in Bitcoin and Ethereum vanished before my eyes. The gut-wrenching realization that I had unwittingly granted scammers unfettered access to my funds was overwhelming. In a state of desperation I began to scour the internet for crypto recovery services and stumbled upon Salvage Asset Recovery. Initially I was apprehensive; the internet is rife with fraudulent recovery services that prey on the vulnerable. However after conducting thorough research to verify their legitimacy I decided to reach out for assistance. The team at Salvage Asset Recovery proved to be nothing short of extraordinary. They sprang into action employing advanced blockchain forensics to meticulously trace my stolen funds across various wallets. Their expertise allowed them to identify the exchanges where the scammer had deposited my cryptocurrency and they worked diligently to compile compelling evidence of the theft. Thanks to their relentless efforts while not all of my funds could be recovered some had already been cashed out they successfully froze and retrieved $12,700 before it was too late. Although I still grapple with regret for falling victim to such an obvious scam I am profoundly grateful to Salvage Asset Recovery for their swift and effective intervention. If you ever find yourself in a similar predicament it is imperative to act quickly; the sooner you engage experts the better your chances of recovery You can contact them using the details provided below. Hi everyone! I’m planning to travel to Korea soon for a facelift or anti-aging facial surgery, and I’m currently choosing between Grand Plastic Surgery, Synergy Plastic Surgery, and Gangnam Group Plastic Surgery. I’ve read mixed reviews online, and I want to make sure I choose a safe and reputable clinic. If anyone has personal experience (good or bad) with these clinics especially with facelift, jawline, or mid-face lift — I’d really appreciate your honest feedback.

Has anyone heard of facial optimization and are there any clinics that you have experience with that take this approach? There was a plastic surgeon (non-Korean)speaking on analyzing the whole face with an artistic eye and then considering based on the persons anatomy what procedures could maximize facial attractiveness. There are a few procedures im looking to do based on areas I wish were improved (eye bags, slimmer jaw and chin) but unsure if done together would have the optimal result. For example, a person wanted a rhinoplasty to improve their profile appearance, but the doctor showed that facial attractiveness would be best improved by bringing the chin forward due to a recessed chin making the nose look too prominent. When the chin was brought forward the result was so good.

I had a lower blephroplasty done at LaPrin back in 2016. They did not have an eye speciality but at the time I had it done there wasn't as much information available as there is now. The experience itself with the clinic was good, they were professional and my translator was so kind. I was there alone and she supported me the whole time even rode the taxi back to my hotel after the procedure. 1 week post-op the doctor could already tell I would need a touch up and said I could come back after it fully healed. The touch up would be fully covered other than anesthesia fee. However, I just didn't have the time to travel back for this. I'm looking to do a revision this year and my shortlist is Luho so far, but I am here doing more research and looking for suggestions.

Hello, I have been to Korea twice. I'm a female in my late 30s and have been to Korea twice and plan on going again. I had a lower transconjunctival blephoroplasty in Seoul in 2016. Looking to go again this year for revision fat grafting of lower eye along with fat grafting in the upper eye. Also considering chin reduction and jaw slimming procedures.

Hello This is probably an unusual request for this forum. I have been forced to leave Russia for 3 years now, but I still have not managed to learn English well, and I am ashamed of it I doubt I will be able to understand medical terms. I have not found a person who is not connected with clinics. I had to refuse surgery last year because of this, but now I still need it. So I am asking here, maybe there are options.

Hi there, I’m a female in my 40s heading to Seoul in September for lower eyelid transconjunctival surgery. Actually, some online consultations have suggested full lower bleph, but I'm only interested in the transconjunctival approach. I have two top choices and only want one more, but it's too much information and overwhelming. So far, online chats with: Wink(Dr. Seunghyup Choi) Link (Dr.Jung) Luho(Dr. Park) Roi (Dr. Young) Etonne (Dr. Cho) Note: Didn’t talk to the doctors. Just texts with consultants, but these are the doctors I'm paired with if interested in F2F consultations. Prices range from 2,6 to 5,5 mil KRW (don't want to get specific because different quotes for different recommendations). Wondering if anyone has experience with any of these clinics or doctors, even if not for this specific surgery. Much appreciated.

thanks for sharing all this, seriously super helpful esp for those of us considering a combo like lip lift + tip plasty. i’ve heard a few ppl mention that doing the lip lift alone can mess w/ the nose tip aesthetics so it makes sense your doc recommended both. sounds like your surgeon was being really cautious about proportions which is honestly a green flag i remember reading it took them like 2-3 months before they could smile naturally again after their lip lift, and even then it was gradual. the tightness sounds super normal tho especially only one month post-op, you’re still really early curious to hear how your nose settles too! “cindy lou" pretty soon you'll be like "cindy who?" it usually drops by 1-3 months right, and gradually settles around 6. i wouldn’t stress too much yet appreciate the update, keep us posted if you feel like it! -

As one of the most feature-rich modified versions of the original WhatsApp, FM WhatsApp provides users with the kind of control, customization, and privacy that the standard version simply can’t match. FM WhatsApp also supports sending much larger media files, which is a game-changer for professionals and content creators. Share high-quality videos, documents, and more without compression or quality loss. Users can send up to 90 images at once and forward messages to multiple contacts simultaneously—something that's restricted in the official app. Security is also top-notch. Hi there! The incision line on my nose is healing really nicely, it is barely visible! As for my corner lift incision, it’s noticeable if you’re focusing on it and that may be my fault for not diligently putting scar gel on my lip incision compared to my nose incision. For the scars, I have been using a silicone gel that the doctor recommended and he also recommended steroid injections once a month for three months! If I remembered correctly, the reason for the tip plasty was because if I did the lip lift alone it could alter the nose tip. And Instead of the philtrum being too short, I think the results look pretty similar to the original but a bit more enhanced! So if you’re looking for a more drastic result, I don’t think it would be worth it. It has also been about a month since I got it done! I’m still experiencing some tightness and the swelling. There’s still swelling around the nose, mouth, and lip corners, but the stiffness and swelling has definitely improved! Still difficult to smile, but it may be because I don’t try to move my mouth >.< As for my nose, it’s still a bit pointy and giving elf/cindy lou who according to my sister, so I’m hoping it drops more! -
i’ve been looking into LASIK for a while now and wanted to find out where actual Koreans go, not just the usual gangnam clinics that are all over the ads for foreigners. started digging around on naver (with a lot of help from papago lol) and noticed that a lot of locals seem to go to bigger hospital-level eye centers outside of the gangnam area 서울신세계안과 (Shinsegae Eye Clinic) near miasageori station kept coming up, seems like they get a ton of local patients and have a decent rep for LASIK/LASEK and even ICL stuff. i reached out on kakao and they actually connected me to someone who spoke english, which was a nice surprise has anyone here gotten LASIK or LASEK done there recently? how was the screening process, tech they use, overall experience, pricing, and if they try to upsell or not? just trying to get a better sense of what to expect before i book a consult. https://www.ssgeye.com/

thanks for sharing!! i’ve been lowkey curious about Retmus for lip lift too so this was super helpful. sounds like you had a smooth surgery + recovery (minus the expected stiffness) how’s the scar looking now? are you doing anything specific for scar care like silicone gel or laser later on? also did dr the give any feedback about how the corner lift + lip lift would balance with the tip plasty? i’ve seen a few people on here mention they were worried about the philtrum looking too short post-op if they did both, so just wondering how he approached that with you? -

Has anyone else gone down the rabbit hole of Asian beauty clinics? What tripped you up? Hi, I'm Korean and I was wondering if I could help people book their beauty trips to Korea. I know how confusing it could be to navigate in a foreign country, making sure the clinics are reputable and that they're not taking advantage of you because you're foreign. here's what I'm planning so far: Personalized clinic matching based on your goals and budget Help with travel arrangements (hotels, transport, etc.) Access to virtual consultations before you travel Language support for the entire trip, including post-op care I’m collecting feedback and early interest —also there's this if you want to keep posted or join the pilot! -
Hi, I’ve recently undergone a lip lift, corner lip lift, and tip plasty at Retmus and wanted to share my experience! A lip lift is something I have always considered doing. So when I came across Retmus and read about how they specialized in lip lifts and the technique that Dr. Chung uses to minimize scarring, I immediately thought it was time and booked my consultation. My consultation was thorough and pretty straight forward. Dr. Chung recommended for me to do a tip plasty, upper lift lift, and corner lip lift. For my consultation I hired an english interpreter. Even though the doctor speaks and understands english, you’ll still need an english interpreter. So I hired an interpreter for my consultation, surgery, and stitch removal day. For my surgery, I was really nervous and anxious. But at the same time, I was excited for the change. I remembered going to sleep and waking up from surgery. When I woke up from surgery, I felt great! I had no pain and experienced no side effects from the anesthesia, so I was really happy and grateful. As for recovery, I didn’t feel any pain. Just a little bit of discomfort from the tension and pressure between the nose and mouth area. I was also advised to wear a nose retainer as much as possible for six months. 2 weeks post-op. My lips and nose is still pretty swollen and numb in some areas. The scar is slowly healing. I can’t fully close my mouth or make a lot of mouth movements yet. It’s still difficult to smile and laugh. It will take some time and I still have a long way to go. Slowly but surely. Everything is healing pretty nicely Overall, I am really happy with the results!

This is so informative. I just got a quote from Grand: General Rhino and tip-plasty 300,000 KRW. Short nose correction 800,000. Alar reduction and rim graft 200,000. Total 6,300,000 KRW. I sent pics and this is what they suggested. Funny thing though is that I did NOT mention any dissatisfaction with my alars. Yes, they are flared -- imaginge 30% Nigerian, 50% Japanese, 20% Scottish. But I wish to extend my collumella to accomplish the control of the flare. I'm old! -- 60 years to be exact, so visible scars may not heal well. Can you (or anyone) confirm that a columellar strut can be applied endonasally? Any other advice is welcome.
