  1. Okay so it is normal. I just wasn't sure as I am use to working local and have never gone in for work where I had to pay anything ahead of time. I pay the day of which is why I was confused. Thanks everyone for the clarification.

  2. Can I ask what clinic you went to? You can DM me if you'd like. I am just a bit hesitant with some of them as I have read good things and really bad things for this type of surgery!

  3. Basic scalp stem treatments are $500 to $2,500 depending on the clinic. For more advanced treatment, you are looking at up to $6,000 per session but the average tends to be around $3,200. Again, it depends on the clinic. I am not sure how you would go about booking something like this. I think you need to get the treatment done every 3 months so you would have to plan 3 trips for the year.

  4. In most cases they do tell you. I am not sure if this was left out by mistake or what. I have never heard of them declining someone without saying why. Unless it is an issue they feel they can get in trouble for stating? I am not sure.

  5. Most clinics will charge you ahead of time, even if you are there in person. They require a percentage or flat fee when booking an appointment so if you miss it or don't show up, they still get something out of it. @lolya18 basically summed it all up perfectly.
