  1. At which clinic did you get yours done Cecilee? And what nose procedures did you do if you don't mind sharing.

  2. I've been consulting around online for undereye fat repositioning/removal too since Dr Seo at MVP felt I didn't need it when i was consulting with him about my DES so he didn't do it for me. I'll be doing it by a PS in my home country as I don't have the time to fly back to Korea anytime soon because of work, but I can share the clinics I consulted online.

I consulted Shinseung (they are known for eyes, i read the doctor there is good at revision surgeries), Hyundai Mihak, Cooki PS and Opera. Perhaps you could check out Shinseung? Heard it's a popular clinic with locals.

  3. If we just get tip work done for nose but not bridge or osteotomy, is it still not possible to wear glasses after that?

  4. It's quite normal if you are in the sinsa/apgujeong/gangnam area. But i don't know about other places. You can always wear a face mask to hide your nose cast (i've seen many people do that for rhino, locals and tourists there).

For breasts, idk but i would think the initial recovery period would be longer? It's best to check with your clinic when you can start going out after surgery.

  5. How is the aftercare there? Do they provide other fancy aftercare treatment like other PS places that give patients things like IV vitamin drips, deswelling laser etc or it's more of just medication and followup since he is an ENT surgeon?

I can attest to Dr Jin's careful manner as I went there with my mum when she had a bad flu. Our hotel recommended his clinic to us. He was really detailed in his consultation and even did a nose scope for my mum to check if she had any sinus infection.

  6. I heard from my cousin who lived in korea for 2 years that korean winters are pretty harsh and it's extremely cold. Would it be too cold for PS recovery during the winter period from Dec to Feb?

  7. Yes I've heard about the skin and tissue sagging as well, which is why I am also really concerned about even i only had a brief thought about zygoma reduction. Didn't know that facial contouring could cause such a side effect. People have said that if you are young and without a sagging face already and if you don't have a chubby face/too much facial fat, the skin amd tissue sagging shouldn't occur much but I still worry. Have seen a few photos of people on Realself who had facial contouring surgery (either vline or zygoma or others) who experienced saggy face afterwards and it made their face look chubby and older.

Perhaps it depends on individual's luck whether or not it will happen, because some people don't experience this, but I would be devastated if I ever went for such a surgery to look better and half a year later or so, my face starts to sag.

  8. @PoisedForPerfection You could try checking out Hyundai Mihak plastic surgery for your lip procedure. I was viewing their website for an eyebag procedure and noticed they have a lot of lip surgery before and afters. Seems like they do such procedures often.

I haven't had any of your desired procedures done, only double eyelids, so I wouldn't be able to advise on other procedures. Do try searching around this forum (there are still genuine B&A reviews here) and join a kakao group to help you with your research.

  9. @Lisa Cheng How did you get in contact with the clinic? I could not really find the clinic's website online even though I took one of their business cards when I visited. How did you manage to correspond with the clinic in English? I remember that the nurse at the reception couldn't really speak English.

I had been to Dr Jin's clinic when i was in Seoul with my mum in May for my DES. My mum had a bad flu and needed to see a doctor so our hotel recommended his clinic to us since it was close by and he is an ENT doctor. I agree that Dr Jin and the clinic staff were really helpful even though only the doctor was the only one who could speak English.

  10. In fact I was already shocked when i read how the consultant wanted to help to draw blood! She isn't medically trained as a nurse! The nurse should have stopped her. How unethical!
