You should consider EU dental,the Face dental or Gyalumhan.Get the consultation first then you can decide,don’t go to DA ,they have bad post op care.

In my experience,after you take the braces off,your chin will look better,so just get the braces done first and see.If it won’t change much,you could consider getting chin implant later.

I chatted with two girls who got zygoma reduction at Namu,they are happy about their results,dr Kirk was their surgeon

 

I talked to one surgeon in my country and he said there’re some ways to fix that kind of sagging but threadlift or some lifting will disappear after 2,3 years,the only way to fix it is FACELIFT which is expensive as FC surgery and really painful

 

She still has a lot swelling so I can’t tell.Her dr was dr Moon.
But don’t go there,it’s not worth it,terrible consultant staff,she even didn’t help my friend walk to the operation room for check up the bext day after the surgery

 

My friend had facelift there and she only got 1 de swelling treatment after the surgery,then stitch removal after two weeks,that’s it.The consultant even doesn’t keep contact with her when she back to our country to follow the post op care,terrible hospital,don’t ever go there plus they charge you way more expensive compared to how much local have to pay

 

Don’t go there,it’s very expensive and they care about Korean patients more than foreigner patients.
Their aftercare is worst ever!

Have you ever tried to get the CT scan and get the consultation with the orthodontist?so they can recommend you which way is more better for you?maybe you only need braces to fix your bite...and when they look at your CT scan,they can know which procedure is match because some people need two jaw surgery,some just need the braces.And two jaw surgery is a big surgery,you will be on diet for a long time and lost so much weight,plus you might need someone to take care of you after the surgery,so for saving time and money,I think you should get the CT scan and the consultation with your orthodontist first
