I have no experience with both so take my advice with a grain of salt. But I heard that fresh PS the surgeon is NOT board certified as a plastic surgeon and many of the photos are photoshopped. However I am also considering them because they do look good.

For me it’s because I live next door. I’m in china and it’s way less expensive and more secure to do it in korea even if I have to make multiple trips.
