diannab63 Posted Tuesday at 01:11 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:11 PM I am not entirely sure what it is called but I was told that I should look into getting this done while in Korea. I am going to be there for a few weeks in the near future so I am considering it. I have a few rolls on my back that no matter what, will not go away. I have lost weight, I eat well, I exercise but they are persistent! They are right by my bra line too which makes it hard to wear certain tops without it being notifiable. Is this something I could have corrected in Korea and it not be too expensive? Quote
LillyD86 Posted Wednesday at 05:35 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:35 PM It is just liposuction but instead of it being on the legs, arms, or stomach it is done on the back. In some cases you might need a surgical lift as well. It depends on if it is fat only or loose skin and fat. You will be looking at a price point between $3,000 and $8,000 depending on what needs to be done. It is very similar to the costs in America actually from what I have read. For the entire back it will be on the higher end of the price point. 1 Quote

I looked up the cost comparison and while back lipo isn't listed, you could assume the costs are similar where the US charges more. Abdominal Liposuction: Korea $2,000–$4,000 vs. US $5,900–$9,300+ Thigh Liposuction: Korea $1,500–$3,500 vs. US $2,400–$5,700+ Chin/Face Liposuction: Korea $1,000–$5,000 vs. US $3,000–$7,500+ Flank (Love Handles): Korea $1,500–$3,000 vs. US $5,000–$10,000 Quote
honeybear0023 Posted yesterday at 12:57 PM Posted yesterday at 12:57 PM I am actually going to need some lipo for my tummy tuck. I was told by two clinics so I have a general idea of the pricing. For me it is going to be $1,500 (in Korea). I don't have much that needs to be removed. I would guess it would be double for a standard amount and maybe another $1000 if it was around the back. I heard removing back fat takes a bit more effort and time. So I would guess $4,000 would be the price based on what I know. 1 Quote

I am not sure why people think it is more. All your organs and stuff is in the front and there is way more loose skin to work with. Quote
