Changing plans, focusing on one surgery for now!

So I made a thread awhile back where I said I wanted to get some jaw, eye, and nose work done. After reading up more online, I decided to take this as a one at a time kind of approach and find the best possible surgeon for each. I noticed some clinics focus on one thing over another, so instead of going for a clinic that is larger and offers all three - I want to find smaller clinics that specialize in each one individually. I will just make multiple trips if I have to. I want the best work possible.

I am planning on starting with my nose. I was looking at clinics that highlight that they do rhinoplasty. I found one (Zero One PS) that might be decent considering it is a single doctor but the clinic also offers other work too. It just seems the forefront of their best work are nose jobs. So I am considering this place. 

I just want to know if there is anything I should look for in particular with finding a clinic and doctor that specializes more so on rhinoplasty than other surgeries?

Is this something you want, like a clinic that only has one doctor? I tend to only find ones that have multiple doctors, at least the ones that are well known. I would be a bit cautious if there is just one doctor. Make sure the doc is board certified and has a lengthy experience list!
