beachybabe Posted Wednesday at 02:06 PM Posted Wednesday at 02:06 PM This is something I only recently discovered and it seems like a great option for me. I see a lot of people refer to it as a "lunchtime lift" because it is so easy and simple of a procedure. Has anyone had one here? Specifically in Korea? I was looking at the gowoonline clinic when I came across it. It sounds like something I wouldn't mind getting while I am in Korea for other work. Assuming it isn't terribly expensive! Quote
smolcat22 Posted Thursday at 01:51 PM Posted Thursday at 01:51 PM My sister had this done. It can be expensive but it depends on where you go. So what it is, is the use of barbed or coned threads to pull the skin back. They go just beneath the skin's surface and will actually trigger collagen production similar to microneedling. It is a much more natural lift and look and you don't have to worry about as many problems as you would with other lifts or fillers. 1 Quote

I will have to see if I can find a video of it being done. Now I am curious. It sounds like a great option for younger people looking to get minimal work done. Quote
lolabananas Posted Saturday at 03:26 PM Posted Saturday at 03:26 PM The concept always fascinated me but the idea of threads being pulling into the skin to hold it back and more tight kind of freaks me out. This is the only reason I opted to give botox a try over this. I don't need a full lift, I just wanted to appear more youthful and botox fit the bill. Just sucks it is temporary! Quote
