Zero One Plastic Surgery is an example that gets high praise for their structured face work and they do work with foreigners. Vava Plastic Surgery is another that focuses on eye surgery, rhinoplasty, and lifting. Pop Plastic Surgery is another, again focusing on facial work. I would recommend compiling a list of the best clinics you can find online (ones you personally like the sound of) and contracting them for pricing as well as information for what you specifically want done. You can actually go to a local clinic first for a consultation to get a feel for it, see exactly what you want, and be better prepared to approach a Korean clinic.

I am curious to see how everything went! A friend of mine just got her nose done. She had a broken nose from an accident but couldn't fix the issues with it until it was fully healed and it took over a year. Anyways, her swelling was not bad at all. I was shocked. She looked worse after her accident.

I don't usually look into this specifically as most doctors can work with you in terms of giving you what you want, and the concept is to make it look as natural as possible in the first place. That being said I have seen a few that do specify it, one is Pride Plastic Surgery. I read that they focus mostly on natural-looking facial aesthetics. This can be down to them doing less invasive surgeries though.

I was going to mention certification. Outside of that you want to look into the staff and practices. Making sure their anesthesiologist is credible too, not just the surgeons. I have heard of people going overseas for dental work or other cosmetic work and finding out the nurse/doctor in charge of this care wasn't even licensed!

Both my consultations were about an hour but when I spoke to the doctor directly, it was about 10 to 15 minutes. The rest of the time I was speaking with other people that handle all the information.

That is the part I liked about it. You didn't feel like you were stuck without anything. If you wanted to stay in and cook a meal, you could. Made things so much easier

Anything with rose water is said to be really beneficial. I know a lot of Korean beauty products have that as an ingredient but just straight rose water would probably be good. You can look into the benefits, they are tons!

It is only worth it if you value the quality and service over the cost. The cost is cheaper but as mentioned, you have to factor in flights, hotel stays, etc. which add to it. I personally would only get it done if I had already planned on being in Korea for a trip or other surgery.

Yup! Some places have multiple doctors that specialize in certain areas. You will find this outside of Korea as well. It makes sense when a clinic offers various surgeries and beauty treatments. A doctor that does hair transplants, for example, is very unlikely to know how to do a tummy tuck!

As long as possible. You want to have at least 5 days just for recovery. That is like the minimum. I always tell people to aim for 10. So 10 days for recovery, 7 to 10 days for clinic scheduling and surgery, and then the odd few days to allow for tourism. I think 3 to 4 works is ideal.
