I have heard of this as being a solid tip for foreigners looking for work in Korea as it not only helps them know what to ask their doctors, but it allows their doctors to be better informed with exactly what you want.1 point

I am assuming you ended up waiting? I had this dilemma myself but I have found that you have to match whatever season and temps you are comfortable with, no matter where you go... Or you will NOT have a good time!1 point

I am the same way!! It seems like the driest part of the year is the months people are mentioning. I don't know if they do long form or long-range weather forecasts for Korea but they might and you can get a better idea of how the weather will be in a few months.1 point
