Laser treatment for rosacea requires multiple treatments. I think something like 3 or 4 minimum and you have to avoid direct sunlight. I don't think this would be a good thing to go to Korea for unless you planned on doing an extended stay.

Have you been to a local doc to find out what exactly you need to have done to get the look you want? Sometimes it helps! I have heard of this as being a solid tip for foreigners looking for work in Korea as it not only helps them know what to ask their doctors, but it allows their doctors to be better informed with exactly what you want.

I was actually curious about this and spoke to people that had gone to Korea a few times for surgeries. Not a single one had to go back for the same surgery. They elected to go back for follow-up work to complete a look but it was not necessary to do so.

I am hoping I can find an option here for this. I looked into local options and they are too costly or don't offer the results I want. Basically, I had fairly bad hormonal acne for 10 or so years. It happens around my mouth and chin. Now I have dark patches of skin that makes it look like I have a mustache and beard. Anyone I ask says I am being silly and maybe I do notice it more than others but it drives me nuts. I tried creams and serums, nothing has helped. I heard there are options from plastic surgery clinics, things like laser treatment that could actually help. Anyone know about this? Anyone with personal experience?

I am booked for my surgery for the end of June. I have my hotel and everything. I will be heading to South Korea on the 23rd and my surgery day is the 25th. I gave myself a few days to settle in. I am a bit concerned though that I will be spending most of the time there in a hotel because of swelling. I have heard people say some are worse than others but I also see so many people exploring the city they are in after surgery. Won't I look like a mess? LOL
