After cheekbone and jaw reduction will a facelift help to tighten the skin...or will it not work bc my cheekbone has been pushed and the muscle attached to my bone is lower which means not as tight. Will a facelift be no benefit to me in this case?
For the love of god....does a facelift help with facial sagging after cheekbone and jaw reduction? Has anyone gone through this and had success with redraping the skin with a faceift. If anyone has any answers or advice, please let me know. I don't want to go through a facelift and spend all this money only to be heartbroken again.
Has anyone regretted fat grafting?
If so, who was your surgeon? Did you experience any side effects such as sagging, lumps, distortion or migration of the fat traveling to other places of the face?
She looks good before and god after...but remember she's still swollen and it's holding everything up. I was happy 3 months in. Once ll the welling was gone then the problems begin. Hopefully she doesn't have those issues and i wish her well.
I just hope people are aware of how this surgery has ruined peoples life, goals and path in life. Cheekbone and jaw reductio is not a good idea but if you're going to do it find a skilled surgeon with an artistic eye who knows how to shape the cheekbone to compliment and balance out your features. The soft tissue part can be unpredictable. .
keep in mind she's still swollen. I liked my result when i was still swollen until after a year everything just fell. Hopfully you won't experience that.
if anyone know of a good surgeon who is skilled with custom cheek implants please let me know. It's so difficult to find a surgeon who has the skill and artistic eye.
I fat hold weight so it can migrate and cause sagging. I think implants might be the ay to go but of course there is always a risk for infection. Low but still there.
Thank you for confirming what i had suspect all along. Fat graft can also do they same thing in migrating in the face and weighing down the soft tissue. If you know of a good surgeon who is skilled with cheek implants or facelift please let me know. i hope that was helpful to others in the group as well.
Do you think jaw implants will help widen the left side of my jaw that was overly shaved? If anyone who has experience i would really appreciate any advice.
i have ct scans posted all over this site. Problem with posting my photos is people tend to spread these photos around and i don't want my face or identity on the forum/internet. However, i'll be nice to know what others have done to tighten their jawline with or without surgery. Or if someone has ben in my position and found some kind of solution. Just here for suggestions and not medical advice considering i haven't shared my photos just CT scan.
Some of you known my story by now. Cheekbone and jaw reduction 4 years ago. Been researching and going on consults but still unsure what to do. Every morning I say the same thing in the mirror. “What have you done”. “ A life destroyed for money”. I’m still suffering.
Regardless, I’m determine to fight and find a solution. If you look at my ct scan my left side looks over reduced. This is such a amateur mistake coming from a surgeon who had 15 years of experience.
I look at my old photos and have no idea what I was thinking. I was attractive and had a good face shape but all common sense went out he window 4 years ago and I’m much wiser now. I really wish i could see what I see now but was too blinded by fake reviews and docotored photos.
If anyone have any advice on how to tighten the jawline non surgically please let me know. I heard of lipsculture of the neck and chin but not sure if that will tighten the jawline or cause more sagging? I’m trying to figure out a solution nonsurgically first before attempting a facelift.
As for my cheekbones-my surgeon removed the Malar eminence. Basically the part of my zygoma that gave my soft tissue the lifted look.
At this point I hope to just tighten my face bc fixing my zygoma is too much of a risk but I’m open to any suggestions. Thank you.
And this is how people get botched and misinformed. By fake promoters and doctored photos trying to lure in patients. People are a lot smarter these days. I won’t say to much but I know for sure faceline isn’t a good place to have fc.
