So no-professional consult can also be ****, most surgeon care about their bottom line. Figure I’ll take my chances in this forum. Tbh-most patient here know more then a surgeon who went to medical school. I lost so much respect for doctors. Most of them are f’in stupid.

 

Do i have condylar hyperplasia? Can this be fixed and do i seek out a maxillafacial or ordthodontist for this procedure?

i gotta say idhospital has the most impressive results. Either it’s photoshop/marketing or they choose certain patients that will get the best doctors and meticulous planning. If you’re the right candidate then you win the lottery.

 

The only thing with bone graft is it’s unpredictable. Bone graft can reasorbed a bit. I consulted with almost all cranialfacial surgeon. DM me and we can chat more.

Do custom jaw implants work for overly reduced jawline?

 

You look pretty in both but improvement in the after. More exotic looking. Also you’re only 10 days post op so it’s still very early! things will settle a bit more. Give it at least 3-5 months.

Has anyone have a facelift after zygoma and jaw reduction? Or even cheek or jaw implants to bring more structure back to the face?

Depends on how your cheekbone was done. If there’s bone removal from your cheekbone reduction then you prob need custom impants. If no bone reduction then you can push bones back out.

After facial contriving you’ll prob need a full facelift.

 

Stay away from this procedure. It changes your soft tissue, eyes, and elongated your face. You basically lose all anatomical outer contour of your facial shape.

 

Tell me about it. I went from people telling me I was beautiful now people look at me strangely. I’m an idiot for doing it in the first place but also unfortunate to fall prey in the wrong hands.

Exactly. It’s all fake people. Wake the f*ck up. There is no special technique. It ruins the anatomical contour of your cheekbones. People will look like you’re a freak in public. It changes your eye area and soft tissue. It will elongate and flatten your face unnaturally. These clinics have amazing ways to market this surgery. Wheather it’s photoshop or using a beauty filter for their videos. There’s a magic behind marketing. Cheekbone and jawline are beautiful.

 

Thats prob bc why’re writing their own glowing reviews to lure in patients. Allegedly.

 

I was completely happy and fine before this surgery which does nothing but make you lose facial contour. Ugliest surgery invented. Koreans and their fake photoshop photos luring in patient to fund their own lifestyle. This surgeryblooks like total **** in person. One mistake and my entire future is done. People Leave your cheekbones alone and if you want jaw reduxtion, just do Botox one or 2 times.

 

Yea. I wonder if a facelift or cheek implants can fix the sagging.
