Is reducing arm fat a simple surgery?

I would imagine this falls under liposuction and body contouring. 

As I have gotten older, I have had my weight go up and down. I lost a fair amount of weight but now I have loose fat and skin that hangs from my arms. I would like to get it fixed. Has anyone had this done? Can someone tell me the costs and downtime for such a surgery done through a Korean clinic?

It depends on what you are after. Lipo or Brachioplasty. Lipo is easier and invasive. Recovery time is faster too. Brachioplasty surgeries take more time, are more costly, and the recovery time can be awhile. You can also look into CoolSculpting or Thermage if you want a non-surgical option.
