No one told me about factory clinics!

I just wanted to share a bit about this.

So a "factor clinic" is basically a clinic that speed runs treatments for large amounts of patients every day. Many of them have shared rooms/spaces for patients and they are almost always cheaper than standard clinics. Aside from price, I am wondering if there are some clear signs that you are looking at this kind of clinic so more people are aware.

I have heard horrific things like botched operations, even with simple things like botox, happening at these sorts of clinics. The only reason I know about this now is because I stumbled on a video where this woman details what happened to her at one of these clinics. I don't want to share it because it is a bit graphic (she had to go to a hospital) but I can DM it to you if you ask.

Anyways, in an effort to keep everyone informed I want to compile a list of signs of factory clinics since I think most foreigners would want to avoid these places.

You mentioned the cost and yes, they tend to be 30-50% cheaper than what you'd normally find in Korea. But they will undercharge you the first time and end up charging you more the second time, for things like Botox anyways. 

If you see tons of people waiting around, with long waiting periods even if you have something booked... That is usually a sign it is a factory clinic.

I have heard of these! One of the things I see people mention is that they come off more like a used car dealership than an actual clinic, trying to sell, sell sell!

Packages is another thing. They almost seem like they are selling some sort of event.

I have seen a lot of people talk about them online but have yet to come across one. I will keep an eye out though!

Factory clinics are scammy and scummy. Even if they do provide good results for less, most of them are just after a quick buck and there are so many health hazards involved. I would avoid them entirely. I read some horror stories online about botched operations at these places and going to sue or report them, and the clinics just vanish like a ghost doctor or someting!
