Have you ever been ghosted by a clinic?

I am talking about legit clinics, not ghost doctors. I don't want to confuse people. 

I was talking to someone on Facebook and she had been in contact with a few Korean clinics. She is trying to decide on where she wants to get her surgery done. It is her first time so she is being cautious and asking lots of questions. Well, one of the clinics stopped contacting her back. I don't want to say which clinic but it is a bigger one like View Plastic Surgery. It isn't some new, small, or not well known place. 

They just stopped all contact with her, stopped responded to her messages, aren't returning calls or anything. Now I am wondering if this happened because she is being too indecisive and they feel she is wasting their time? Has anyone here had this happen to them?

Yeah I have been in contact and they just stopped responded. I think you are probably right. They feel like their time is being wasted!

I think this can happen to anyone. And yeah, I am guessing it is down to them not wanting to waste time. Think of how many people that must contact them and never book anything from around the world. I would imagine places like Pop Plastic Surgery that specifically mention offering surgery and care for overseas patients take the bulk of this. So I can't blame them for cutting people off!

I have contacted a few that stopped responded but eventually did. I think they just assumed I was too indecisive and focused on clients they knew were going to be booking appointments. I think this is common when dealing with non-locals.
