justzoe Posted September 2 Posted September 2 I want to get a more youthful glow again. I read that a lot of celebrities will use lasers to achieve this and the radiance can last anywhere from 3 to 16 months. I am going to be getting married next year so I would like to time a trip to Korea for a few things. Anyone know what I should look into to achieve this? I was looking at the Dr. Gowoonline Clinic but I am not sure what would be right for me in terms of procedures. Quote
calmwaters Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Ablative Lasers, i.e. CO2 or Erbium, work on deep wrinkles. It takes time to recover from but the results are INSANE. Quote
pinkdaisyz Posted September 4 Posted September 4 Ablative lasers like mentioned above can be tricky. You will look and feel it for weeks. I'd recommend non-Ablative Lasers: Fraxel, ResurFX, or IPL. Healing time is under 10 days, sometimes 5 days depending on what you have done. You see results faster and you don't have to worry about sensitive skin for weeks. Quote
beachybabe Posted September 7 Posted September 7 Vbeam is very common, even in Korea. It is especially good for things like redness and conditions like rosacea. IPL treatments work for sun damages and things like that. Quote
jjeva702 Posted Saturday at 03:32 PM Posted Saturday at 03:32 PM I have heard of Hybrid Lasers being very good but I don't really know much about them. I found a before and after from this kind of laser on reddit : Quote
