alisaw Posted yesterday at 03:36 PM Posted yesterday at 03:36 PM I know in the states, this can easily be looked up and gathered by clinics but seeing as I would be going to Korea, I am a bit concerned about this. I am not sure if I need medical history or not. Like medical conditions, medications, etc. in order for them to preform surgery on me. Anyone know? Quote
mariemarie Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago YES! This is something I don't see asked enough. You will have to fill out a form and give them all information. It helps if you can bring with you diagnostic sheets from your doctors as well as lists of all prescriptions or over-the-counter medication you use. Even vitamins. Some vitamins can cause excessive bleeding and are a no-no for surgery. Quote
