Will I need medical history with me?

I know in the states, this can easily be looked up and gathered by clinics but seeing as I would be going to Korea, I am a bit concerned about this. I am not sure if I need medical history or not. Like medical conditions, medications, etc. in order for them to preform surgery on me. Anyone know?

YES! This is something I don't see asked enough.

You will have to fill out a form and give them all information. It helps if you can bring with you diagnostic sheets from your doctors as well as lists of all prescriptions or over-the-counter medication you use. Even vitamins. Some vitamins can cause excessive bleeding and are a no-no for surgery.

Not all clinics will require to see medical files but they will require your medical history and you will be given a form to fill out. It is best to ask ahead of time - contact whatever clinic you are planning to go to and see what information they need/require before leaving for your trip.

I was wondering this myself and looked into it. 

It seems like you just need to be able to know your history and fill out a form in most cases but some clinics may want to see paperwork. So It might be worth contacting the clinic before you head to Korea to find out for sure.
