wishfulthinking23 Posted Sunday at 02:04 PM Posted Sunday at 02:04 PM I thought I had found the clinic I was going to go to. I was ready to contact them until I went down a rabbit hole. It turns out a lot of reviews online are fabricated. Also, the negative reviews are often deleted due to Korea’s strict defamation laws which protects clinics. So now I am not sure. Should I even bother considering reviews as a factor when picking a clinic? Quote
LupinBB81 Posted Monday at 12:47 PM Posted Monday at 12:47 PM I think you can use them to can an idea of the work the clinics have done but you shouldn't base your decision on them. I have seen a fair number of them that are obviously faked. Like they used AI or something idk. 1 Quote

You can't go based on them but you should use them to see completed work, especially on non-Korean patients. I have heard of people going to get work done but the doctor they went to mostly worked on Koreans so the end result was not good! Quote
beachybabe Posted 38 minutes ago Posted 38 minutes ago I like to look through them for everything, not just when I am looking to go to a clinic for some work. I check reviews before buying anything online, before eating anywhere new, etc. etc. The trouble is that a lot of them can be easily faked and often are. So I wouldn't hold reviews as a high standard when deciding. Contact the clinic and ask if you can see before and afters. See if they can show you an edited picture of what your surgery would look like. Quote
