LupinBB81 Posted Monday at 01:02 PM Posted Monday at 01:02 PM I don't see very many people asking this but I think it is a question most people have. I want to compile a bit of a resource page for people to look over since I am fairly active in the beauty space online, and I know there is a growing number of people going to Korea for work. What credentials should be looked into for foreign patients when determining the best clinic? Quote
evelaina1 Posted Tuesday at 12:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:51 PM Board Certification. I made that bold because I feel it is the most important thing. Never overlook this. Soon as you find a clinic you like, before even contacting them make sure they are board certified. Everything else comes second to this. 1 Quote
berrygirl21 Posted Wednesday at 12:51 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:51 PM I was going to mention certification. Outside of that you want to look into the staff and practices. Making sure their anesthesiologist is credible too, not just the surgeons. I have heard of people going overseas for dental work or other cosmetic work and finding out the nurse/doctor in charge of this care wasn't even licensed! Quote
kpopkelly Posted yesterday at 12:58 PM Posted yesterday at 12:58 PM Look for reviews and feedback from real people that traveled to be there. Like people from other countries I mean. If they have a good track record for working on non-Koreans, they will have plenty of feedback and pictures to prove it. Quote

There are a few other boards as well but this is the top one so I always look into this and check. I have found a number of clinics that were not certified with them. Quote
