Can you get skin tightening and non-surgical lifting done after surgery?

I don't mean right after surgery but after the healing process is done, as a means to keep the work looking more fresh in terms of anti-aging work?

I am not sure what to look for online to see if this is an option or not. Or if it is something that should be avoided. I am going to be getting my surgery done in the near future but I am thinking into the future of maybe getting a once a year treatment like threading or laser to keep everything plump and youthful. I found the Gowoonline Clinic which I may visit whilst I am in Korea either before or after my surgery if this is an option and plan to go back once or so a year. Since it isn't too expensive for me.

Yeah, there is actually a term for it. A lot of people only learn about it after their first surgery as some doctors may mention it.

It is called "Post-Surgical Refinement" and it can be used to manage scaring, refine work, and address residual laxity!

I have heard of it but never knew it had a name for it. This is something I am going to keep in mind, thanks for the information!

It outlines various procedures, options, risk, etc. so you get a better idea of what this is and what it looks like.  Radiofrequency (RF) treatments might be something you should consider based on what you mentioned. I am not sure which doctors offer it in Korea but this is the results of it being done on loose skin on the back:

You can get a lot of complementary work after surgeries from my understanding. You just have to wait for the healing process to be past a certain point.

Yup. it makes it easier to find more information on it when you get a name for it. 

You can actually have AI help you navigate things too. At first I got annoyed by AI tools but now I find myself using it all the time.
