cyndabeale Posted August 26 Posted August 26 As of right now, I have an appointment booked but I have not gotten my flight or hotel yet. There is a chance I might have to push things back. I did already pay a deposit for my surgery but in the event I do have to push it back a month or two, would I have to pay again or would the clinic just move it for me? I am not sure how this works. I have contacted them but they take awhile to respond it seems. Quote
berrygirl21 Posted August 27 Posted August 27 It really depends on the clinic. Policies for rescheduling plastic surgery in vary in Korea, but I have found that many will charge a fee or require a new deposit if you miss your slot, as reputable clinics are often booked months in advance. So I would expect to need to put down a new deposit. Quote
kpopkelly Posted August 28 Posted August 28 A friend of mine had to do this once and the clinic told her before she even did that her deposit is non-refundable if she cancels or changes dates. Quote
cocopeach Posted August 29 Posted August 29 In most cases? YES. They usually tell you up front before you even book the date. Maybe you misheard them or something? All clinics do this. They might even have something on their website about it if you don't feel like waiting to find out. Quote
alisaw Posted Wednesday at 12:30 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:30 PM Most of the time you do have to pay again. This is why it is important to really plan ahead and not change dates. Some will overlook it if you reschedule in the first week or 2 of booking your appointment but this is assuming it is months away still. They don't like to have people changing dates cause it costs them time and money if they can't fill those slots. Quote
tikicat76 Posted Saturday at 02:39 PM Posted Saturday at 02:39 PM Yes, just expect to no matter what. I have never found a clinic that didn't so this when rescheduling. Quote
