K Couture's guide to seoul plastic surgery

Recommended Posts

first one i done it with peter dixon. He removed it unevenly, more on the left less on the right side and caused some excess scar tissue on the inner right cheek wall. So Dr mendelson evened it up for me.

I suggest tho, if you have significant facial asymmetry (not natural asymmetry) then avoid this procedure as the fat removed cannot be controlled properly due to it having to be teased out to avoid rupturing the motor and sensory nerves

Hello K,
First off thank you so much for your dedication your time sharing your experiences about PS. It is such a great informative thread and very useful.

I am currently interested and researching on the mouth corner lift. However, it is so rare to find a genuine review and feedback about that operation. I am now 50/50 to every clinics that I know now since I read your thread. You wake me up and remind me to not to believe in the b/a on website, in particular AONE website and youtube. I found out from this forum that AONE has a bad reputation even though the doctor specialises on the smile lipt .. as far as I know (It is my first top shortlist and I think it is the only one that I will go for, the rest I literally have no clue because I have never heard anyone talking about the clinics, I mean Chungdam Zien— the website is in Korean).

If you could help, may i ask, is there any clinic or hospital do you recommend to? I am sorry for asking something out of your topics at the first page.

It’d be great and thankful if PB’s lovers who have this experience come and share.

Thank you ^-^

Thanks Kcouture for writing up this guide!
I am heading to Korea in a few days and now have a better idea of what to expect.
Except I don't think I'll be bargaining much lol. Something to motivate the Doctor to do a better job.
Good stuff

Hey TeddyMe, I don't dare to recomend any clinic to anybody but if you want you could check out Chungdam ZN
Their website is http://www.cdzien.com/

There is a forum here you can read about them from a pf member who did surgeries there and had a great experience

However don't rely only on other people's reviews and opinions, do you research and decide for yourself, research takes time. I have been stocking purseforum for almost a year but did not dare to comment on anything from the beggining since I wanted to aquire some general knowledge first and have my own opinions .
My two cents.

Hope that helps, good luck

awwww........look its highly uncommon but V line is invasive. I keep telling ppl to absolutely avoid it if they can due to the invasiveness and risk of sagging. You should really make sure ure a candidate before u even attempt the surgery tho. EG. if u have a long narrow bone structure and is squareish at the jaw line u won't be able to get that smooth egg shape V that you see on Korean actresses. Or if width is more your concern and not shape, and the width is due to the jaw muscle and not the facial bones, then you shouldn't do V line either.

Why dont you try botox first lol...its like a gateway drug into bone contouring haha

Thanks very much K Couture for taking the time to respond to everyone's queries!

You mentioned that you are looking into getting Hydroxy for your nasolabial folds early next year. Is it very effective for the nasolabial area? I have nasolabial lines (not really folds) and have not been able to find a long-term solution for it. I am also deathly against fillers as I believe they will cause sagging in the long run. Is Hydroxy the answer? Mendelson's website doesn't provide much insight on that.

Ahh so you didn't like your facial contouring results? The problem is not a square jaw, my face is narrow and vline.. its just I HATE the length of it ! I was just hoping to shave some of the length off, even 0.5 cm should be a huge difference!

Thank you so much for responding, you're so helpful!

depending on your bone structure tho, to achieve what u want it might not be a matter of just shaving, but rather cutting, shortening and reattaching the jaw. U really gotta do a 3d ct scan of your facial bones to know which method is required and most ideal for you.
