oliveria Posted September 16 Posted September 16 Hello everyone. I am looking into some options in Korea to help fix some issues post weight-loss. I was on Ozempic for a year and a half and lost a lot of weight but now I have some fat pockets and loose skin that just looks and feels awful. I checked out a number of clinics and Note Plastic stood out to me. Particularly for their size, location, and what they offer. Note Plastic Surgery is considered a premier mid-size clinic. Location : Gangnam district of Seoul, South Korea. Specializing in comprehensive aesthetic procedures ranging from facial contouring to body reshaping. Now my question is... Does "body reshaping" include something like skin tucking and removal? I know they have liposuction listed but I have a lot of excess skin. I don't want to contact them if this is not the case. I know there can be issues with the language barrier so I want to be sure. Also outside of this, How much should I expect to need to spend for this? 1 Quote

Skin tucking, removal, etc. So basically everything that falls under this includes body lifts, tummy tucks, arm lifts, thigh lifts, and breast lifts. All designed to help fix the look, shape, and feel of the body post weight loss. 1 Quote
EveRose Posted September 18 Posted September 18 I think you would have to do a consultation to get the most realistic cost breakdown for what you want done. Are you only looking to get body work done? If you intend on getting face work, I know someone from a group that recently had her face done over at Zero1 Plastic Surgery. Her results were very good! She too had lost a lot of weight and had sagging skin from it on her neck and under her chin. Quote
wishfulthinking23 Posted September 19 Posted September 19 Yes body reshaping always includes total reshaping - fat remove, skin removal, skin tucking, etc. it is the same in the US as well. Quote

To give you an idea, liposuction costs range from $1,500 to $3,500 for single areas, $4,000 to $8,000 for multi-area packages, and $6,000 to $12,000 for full-body procedures, with VASER techniques adding 20–30% to the base price. This is standard for South Korea. Prices can vary and things can cost most but you will have to get in touch with a clinic. I would contact a few and set up consultations and compare prices and surgeries and pay attention to after care too! 2 Quote
smolcat22 Posted September 26 Posted September 26 Also it is worth noting that Note Plastic Surgery offers FREE virtual consultations and this includes medical interpretation services. On 9/21/2026 at 9:48 AM, alisaw said: You won't get a clear price without doing a consultation. Quote
justzoe Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Have you contacted Note yet to see what they can offer you specially? I have heard of clinics offering better deals for first time patients, especially ones going to Korea for the first time for plastic surgery. Quote

I want to share something just in case you are not aware. It really depends on genetics and age but... A friend of mine was on these weight loss shots too. She lots so much weight so quickly, she had skin sagging and issues as well. She knew it would be awhile before she could get in to a surgeon to fix things so she just started putting money aside for when she would eventually get some work done. This was about a year ago and her skin has bounced back. She is 42. She has minimal sagging, her skin is much tighter, and she looks amazing. It just took her body time to fix the issue. One thing she was doing was making sure she got enough vitamin C daily, drinking plenty of water, and she would rebound 10 minutes a day. So it might be worth waiting and seeing if your skin adjusts first. 1 Quote
oliveria Posted yesterday at 02:56 PM Author Posted yesterday at 02:56 PM Thanks everyone, I am going to set up some online consultations with a few places. I am likely going to be waiting a bit and planning this out for awhile anyways so if I see some improvement in the coming months, I will get less work or no work at all then! Quote
