I was looking into some boutique style clinics, ones that feel less like a hospital and more like a spa. They tend to focus on a few surgeries and have one or two doctors. One of the ones I was comparing local places with was Zero One. They seem to focus a lot on fixing nose issues and imperfections but also offer a few other things too. The reviews and before and afters I have seen online are all good. I am just not sure if these sorts of clinics are better or worse than standard ones.

I thought that boutique clinics were concierge or had a membership model? Maybe they mean something else different over there. I am not entire sure what the differences are unless it is just what you said there... They feel more like a spa than a hospital. That actually sounds like. I have heard of zero one ps but never been in touch with them.

That is a western thing. In Korea, they are just niche clinics. A lot of them have their own style and look and feel more like a spa as mentioned by the OP. Don't get hung up too much about the name, just think of it like going to a dentist clinic where only one dentist is vs a chain or hospital where there is a whole team of them.

For certain things, I think it could be better to work with a smaller clinic and where there is only one doc. It seems like they tend to be more perfectionists and less competitive. From what I gathered, they almost view themselves as artists. This could be why they like working alone. Not all boutique clinics have just one single doctor though.
